To ensure efficient service for all residents, the Town of Stuart would like to remind everyone of our Refuse Collection Policy (in effect since September 1, 2022).

The Policy States:

“Residents should place refuse container(s) at curbside by 7:00 a.m. on the day of collection.”

Why this matters: Placing your containers out by 7 a.m. ensures that Town personnel can easily identify and dispose of household garbage as they move through your neighborhood. Items placed out after the trucks have passed may not be collected until the following week.
